The 2021 Director’s Report, Accounts, Agenda and 2020 Minutes for the Annual General Meeting are available by clicking on the links at the bottom of this message.

We were hoping to have all restrictions lifted by then, but instead we will need to conduct the meeting under the current restrictions. We are able to have 24 people in the Jubilee Hall, and we will also be Zooming the meeting. Hand sanitiser will be available. You will be able to check in to the NHS Track and Trace system or you can give us your contact details. We are asking everyone to wear face masks unless they are speaking, and we will keep doors open to maintain air flow.
